Civil Litigation Attorney
Knott Ebelini Hart is seeking a Florida-bar licensed, civil litigation attorney for its offices located in downtown Fort Myers, Florida. The firm has been serving the legal needs of the Southwest Florida business community since 1982. Knott Ebelini Hart is seeking to hire an attorney dedicated to understanding and achieving our client’s legal needs and who will strive to deliver practical, proactive and cost-effective solutions which make business sense.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting client consultations
- Research and drafting motions
- Representing clients in litigation, court hearings, and depositions
- Assistance of cases individually and with other lawyers
Candidates with 2 – 5 years of experience preferred. Focus practice areas include business, construction, and real estate law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently are required.
